The service was terrible and the food took way too long and they even served the people who came after us first before us. When we got the food it wasn’t even hot just abit cold and warm. WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT EVER

I’ve always ordered food from here, but very disappointed this time. The starter was overpriced, definitely not homemade pawn on toast. I think the portions have gone down in size, just didn’t taste the same. The pad thai wasn’t great this time either. This was Take away, extremely disappointed. It will definitely be a miss from now on.

We had an incredible meal here recently. The food was absolutely delicious and presented so beautifully.Everything we tried was packed with flavour, especially the green curry served with the rice in a traditional woven basket. The refreshing drinks served in glass jars with a fresh slice of lime were the perfect touch to finish off the experience.The atmosphere was lovely and the service made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back again soon.

We had a takeaway of 2 masaman, 2 green Thai and 2 lad Thai plus some other bits and the taste WAS SO GOOD. Great flavour, and good quantities. Packaging for the takeaway was also good to keep it all hot.

Great food and friendly service Lovely well presented Thai food. We had two meals and both were excellent. Loved the sizzling duck in honey. Great customer service too.

The best Thai food outside of Thailand! Our first visit which definitely won’t be our last. Tudorel & his son are lovely people and have got everything just perfect. Exceptional food, good prices & portions & great service from all the staff. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere & was obviously popular so we were glad we’d booked a table. The food was the best we’ve had outside of Thailand & we’ll definitely be back. Great that both mains & starters had different options for non meat eaters. The outside eating area which was covered, allowed dogs.

Wow! Absolutely amazing Thai food and so helpful with my garlic allergy. The best Tom yum soup I’ve had for a long time! We are here on holiday so we sadly can’t be regular customers but if we lived here we definitely would- thank you so much

Faultless food, splendid service and painless price The food is faultless time and time again, honey duck and cashew stir fry delighted our group. Quick service and wonderfully attentive staff, making sure we were ok but without out staying their welcome. The staff have been trained superbly, and were polite, friendly and knew their stuff. The owner has cultivated a restaurant that really shines above and beyond the many other eateries in the village. For what you get the price is very reasonable, with generous portion sizes. A must visit if in the area.

Totally recommend a takeaway from Siam Bistro. Good portion size. Fresh ingredients. Very tasty. Staff were very friendly. The restaurant looked fab and was busy for a Monday night which is a very good sign. Might try that next time. Thank you.

Beautiful foods

Oh. My. Goodness.I’d say this was probably one of my top 5 meals I’ve had. I went with my mum and we had a lovely time, the service was lovely, atmosphere was warm and inviting, and of course the absolute standout was the food.We both got a starter, main, and dessert and we found the portion size to be generous but not overfilling. Every single bite left us wanting more with such incredible, vibrant flavours and a great balance of rich and fresh.We look forward to revisiting and I can see it quickly becoming a favourite spot of mine to introduce to friends and family.Many thanks to the team that made the evening so lovely.

The best Thai food in North Devon, and one of my favourite places to eat. So many options, great selection for veggies. It’s quite small in there though so make you book ahead.

Quite simply, the best Thai food I have ever had coupled with very good service, not cheap but I don’t mind paying a bit extra for quality.

Our first visit to Siam Bistro last night and we loved everything about it. Excellent service, a great menu, and our food was delicious. Really took us back to some great Thailand memories. Have lived in Barnstaple for five years now and wish we had eaten here sooner! Highly recommend.

Amazing food. We found this place last year and returned this year as we remembered the food was incredible. Absolutely worth a visit! They were amazing at catering for gluten free too!

The best restaurant for many miles around Once again Thibault and his effervescent staff have treated us to a fantastic meal. The food is of such quality that we have been coming here for over 9years and we always eat here at least twice during our surfing week. No other restaurant comes close to the Siam Bistro and the proof is in the queue of patient customers waiting to be seated. Well done e and thank you to Thibault and the ladies

Simply amazing! What an amazing place! The food was plentiful and very, very tasty. Great for gluten free options. Teagan, our waitress, was great fun and nothing was too much trouble when looking after my elderly mother. She made our 2 visits so much fun. All the staff were friendly. A very popular place, many people collecting takeaways and many dining in. No long wait times, very efficiently run place. Came here as we were holidaying in the area and look forward to returning one day.

Wow! What a find and hidden gem! After driving past the restaurant for years and having moved to Devon we had to try it! The shared platter for to was wonderful, prawn toast with a sweet sauce blew us away, filo prawns, spare ribs, satay chicken wow a mouthful of flavours. Onto the mains, juggle curry, the spices and the flavours were amazing, and the sea bass fillets with chilli, ginger and garlic was fab and so tasty. Authentic flavours and smells. Finally the raspberry desserts. Beautiful fresh and I could’ve eaten much more of it! Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful nothing was to much bother! Would we go again……..that’s a big yes from the Morgan’s!

Fabulous tasty food!

Every time I visit north Devon I come here! The food is beautiful. This time I got a takeaway but I usually eat in and service is always good. Im vegan and gluten free and I don’t have any issues ordering lovely food that I can trust from this restaurant.

Me and my partner love coming here for dinner! The portions are generous, food is delicious, the staff are always super friendly and we love the whole atmosphere of the restaurant. We recently dined in the new conservatory which was lovely and cool. Upon being seated the server noticed that I’m heavily pregnant and made the effort of moving us to a table with super comfy chairs which really was appreciated. If you’re planning on eating here we highly recommend the battered vegetables starter, the honey ribs starter, and for mains the Thai green curry with sticky rice and the sea food bucket. One of the best thai restaurants I have eaten in and I’ve eaten all over the globe in my 60+ years on the planet We have been coming to Braunton for our annual surfing holiday for over 20years. We have eaten in this restaurant every year since it opened. The owner/ manager is awesome nothing is too much trouble. We caused chaos last year by mucking up the booking dates but he sorted it all out despite being very busy and fed us anyway. We are there for a week and will eat there 2-3 times in that week. The food is outstanding and totally authentic I would eat there every night if I could but they would get bored of us !! We will see you again at the end of September beginning of October

Great Thai Food Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and perfectly spiced food. We booked a table from a recommendation from some local people we met. We had mixed starters, Geng Deang Red Thai curry, Pad Nam Pung Honey sizzling duck, and stir fried veg. All was super tasty and perfectly spiced. We will definitely visit again when in the area

The best pad Thai we have had. Staff were excellent. Just wish we didn’t live 300 miles away as would be here every week.

Great restaurant food was really tasty and the portions were a good size. A little more expensive than in my hometown but it didn’t disappoint. Staff were fantastic

SIAM Thai Gold We love The SIAM Bistro, Braunton, the food is so delicious, genuinely great. Takeaway or the Bistro itself, we did both, you have to try it out, you won’t be disappointed. Everything is just so good and cooked to perfection. Prawn Toast, Ribs in honey, but our overwhelming favourite is the Tempura Vegetables, fantastic in the extreme. I love the Beef Massaman Curry with potatoes and steamed rice, my better half, much better, loves the King Prawn Green Curry as she says the Prawns taste like they have literally just come out of the sea. Another case of just wishing we lived closer.
